Padthaway Medical Centre
The purpose-built medical centre was opened in 2007 thanks to the Tatiara District Council and the Padthaway community.
Padthaway Medical Centre has state of the art equipment in a welcoming environment, well suited to taking care of you and your family. Dr Willoughby started consulting here in May 2017 under Limestone Coast Health and looks forward to providing a regular service well into the future.
Services include childhood and routine vaccinations, Q Fever vaccination, chronic disease management, general checkups, skin checks and biopsies, injury management and much more.
Current opening hours are Monday 9am-5pm (except public holidays).

Lucindale Health Centre
Dr Willoughby has joined the existing practice of Dr Senior and Limestone Coast Health in providing regular medical services to Lucindale and surrounding districts.
The Health Centre is situated in Musgrave Avenue Lucindale and co-located with community health, visiting physiotherapists and podiatry.
Dr Willoughby currently consults in Lucindale every Tuesday from 9am to 5pm and Dr Senior consults on Monday afternoons and Friday mornings.

Medical Clinic Millicent
Dr Willoughby had her first experience with the Medical Clinic Millicent during 'Rural Week' in second-year medical school, and returned in 2010 for a year-long student placement. She subsequently completed her General Practice training at the clinic and continues to consult in Millicent on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The clinic boasts a five-bed treatment room as well as 13 individual consulting rooms. Co-located in the building are mental health clinicians, nurses, a visiting dietitian, audiologists and optometrist as well as visiting medical specialists including cardiology and urology.

ABOUT SARAH
Originally from the small town of Keith in South Australia, Doctor Sarah Willoughby has a long-standing passion for rural health. After completing Year 12 at Keith Area School she worked as a stunt double on the television show "McLeod's Daughters" before starting her tertiary education with a Bachelor of Medical Science at Flinders University, majoring in Physiology and Neuroscience. She was elected President of the Medical Science Students' Society, inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society and also worked as Senior Residential Coordinator on campus at Flinders Living.
From here she was accepted into the graduate-entry medical program at Flinders University and completed the Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery degree, also acting as the Publications Officer for the Medical Students' Society. Sarah was privileged to enjoy final-year placements at St Francis Hospital in Zambia and the National Paediatric Hospital in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where she gained valuable procedural and diagnostic skills.
Dr Willoughby completed her Intern year at the Mount Gambier Hospital where a placement in General Practice in Millicent confirmed her love of the specialty. After a year at the Lyell McEwen Hospital in Elizabeth Vale, she returned to Millicent to complete her General Practice training, achieving Fellowship to the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in February 2017. Dr Willoughby has additional qualifications in mental health, Implanon insertion and an interest in skin checks and small procedures.
Dr Willoughby now works as a specialist General Practitioner in the South East towns of Padthaway, Lucindale and Millicent. When she is not consulting Sarah spends much of her time riding horses and enjoys competing in showjumping competitions.
